Reclaim Nature, Inc. is a Puerto Rico nonprofit corporation with a federal 501(c)(3) application currently pending with the IRS and an Act 60 application pending with the Puerto Rico Department of Economic Development (DEDC), presently with the organization's accountant as part of a broader filing process that includes an IRS request for a nonprofit tax extension, with a response from the IRS still awaited. Once confirmed, donations will be tax-deductible at the federal level and may qualify for additional Puerto Rico tax benefits under Act 60 (application pending).
